A quick episode this week where I (sort of) review the Xbox One and the Dr. Who 50th Anniversary Special. If that doesn't make me seem like a total chick magnet, I don't know what will.
In honor of Veteran's Day, I am using a recording I made several years ago for an Oral History class. The interview, recorded on cassette, was with Steve Haas. Mr. Haas is a Vietnam Veteran, and was kind of enough to help me with the project at the last minute. I had originally intended to interview my Uncle David, a WWII Veteran, but he felt uneasy about telling his story. I felt those memories were sacred and I did not press the issue. Thankfully Steve saved the day and spent 2 hours with me, telling me stories I have never forgotten. I would like to thank Steve again for his help and for service. Please excuse the sound quality of the tape.
What happened to the Dodgers? Who are the worst comic book characters ever? What were we smoking? All these questions and more will be answered in this week's episode.
